Manuel Merino Rodriguez was a Spanish cinematographer.

Merino Rodriguez started his film apprenticeship as a camera intern in 1941.

In 1955, Manuel Merino started working as a cameraman. Since then he has photographed a large number of entertainment films that are not artistically significant, including various westerns, dramas, comedies, agent films and science fiction films. He became internationally known for his intensive collaboration with the British producer Harry Alan Towers and the Spanish B director Jesús Franco Manera, whose productions Merino photographed regularly between 1968 and 1971. During this time of European co-productions, Merino photographed various sadomasochistic, prominently cast horror and exploitation films interspersed with numerous nudities.
