Cochi E Renato

Cochi and Renato, in the early years in the writing Cochi & Renato, is a comic duo formed in the sixties by Aurelio Ponzoni, called "Cochi", and Renato Pozzetto. After making their debut at Cab 64 in Milan, they are discovered by Enzo Jannacci with whom they form the Motor Group, which performs at the Derby Club , with a genre of poetic and surreal comedy. From the success to the Derby the duo came to Rai, participating in broadcasts with large audience following as Canzonissima (1974). Some of their songs entered the Italian popular culture, as La gallina, Canzone intelligente, E la vita, la vita, and their very personal interpretation of Come porti i capelli bella bionda.
