Michele Galdieri was an Italian playwright, lyricist and screenwriter.

He is the author of the lyrics of many songs, including the famous Munasterio 'e Santa Chiara, launched by Giacomo Rondinella in the 1940s, Ma amore no, set to music by Giovanni D'Anzi, Portami tante rose, on music by Cesare Andrea Bixio, played by many artists, T'ho voluto bene (Non dimenticar), set to music by Gino Redi, launched by Flo Sandon's and which has become a worldwide success in the interpretation of Nat King Cole.
