Franco Oppini

Franco Oppini is an Italian comedian, actor, singer and comedian, formerly part of the I Gatti di Vicolo Miracoli cabaret group.

Franco Oppini began his career as a comedian in 1971, in Verona, after graduating from the state high school Scipione Maffei, which he attended together with Umberto Smaila, of which he is a classmate. Together with these, Jerry CalĂ , Gianandrea Gazzola, Nini Salerno and Spray Mallaby, form I Gatti di Vicolo Miracoli, from which, however, he immediately emerged and then re-entered in 1974, after the escape of Gazzola and Mallaby. He remained on a stable basis in the group until his dissolution in 1985 in the most famous four-man formation.

Following the dissolution of I Gatti di Vicolo Miracoli, his career was divided between cinema, television and theater. In the cinema he becomes a comic shoulder for Massimo Boldi and Teo Teocoli, participating with them in numerous films.
