Lydia Alfonsi, born Lidia Alfonsi, is an Italian theater, cinema and television actress.

Author of a book, Aphorisms and Flashbacks of love, published by Edigraf, she was awarded the Silver Mask for her interpretation in the 1964 television drama Mastro Don Gesualdo, which the actress considers her best work.

An actress of great expressiveness, she linked her name above all to the golden age of the television dramas of the sixties, with works such as La Pisana, Mastro Don Gesualdo, Luisa Sanfelice and Il Segreto di Luca.
